Deleting your account

In the app

Open Account and tap Delete account, then confirm. You are signed out straight away.

If a trip is still running, or there is money in your wallet, the app asks you to finish the trip or cash out first, so nothing is lost.

Without the app

Contact us from the phone number on the account: [contact email to be added before launch]. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and photo
• Saved places, trusted contacts and the people you blocked
• Your invite code and any company account membership
• Your sign-in

What is kept

Records of trips and payments, because the business must keep financial records. They no longer show your name or number. For drivers, the vetting record is closed and kept for the same reason.
